Allergy alert - Our pure dark chocolate pieces: flower, mendiant and mint pastilles are lactose-free. All our oldfashioned dark truffles and ganaches are produced with diary cream but other dark chocolates are lactose-free as well. Please contact us for more information. All our dark chocolates and truffles are gluten-free except the Inca that contains "feuilletine" i.e. shaved biscuits.
